1. About LINDIO
LINDIO is an AI creative service operated by C R Investments USA LLC, doing business as Lindemann Capital. These terms cover the website, mobile app and available image, video, reel and Video Transform tools. Contact admin@lindio.ai with questions about these terms.
2. Your account
Use accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials and contact support if you suspect unauthorized access. You must be 18 years old or older and legally able to enter into this agreement. Do not share an account to evade usage limits or payment requirements.
3. Content and permissions
Upload only content you own or are authorized to use, including photos, videos, voices and depictions of other people. You retain rights you already hold in your inputs. LINDIO processes your inputs to deliver the requested service; review and accept the generation-specific disclosure before sharing them with the listed AI providers. This does not authorize public promotion of your content. Video Transform preservation controls are instructions, not guarantees of identity, movement, camera, background or audio fidelity. AI outputs may not be unique or eligible for intellectual-property protection; review them and any third-party rights before publication or commercial use.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use LINDIO for unlawful content, child exploitation, non-consensual intimate imagery, fraud, impersonation intended to deceive, infringement, or attempts to bypass safeguards or compromise the service. Applicable provider safety rules may also restrict requests. We may restrict access to investigate abuse or protect the service, subject to applicable law.
5. Payments and service availability
Subscriptions and credits follow the Billing Policy and the price shown before purchase or generation. Purchases offered inside the iPhone app use Apple In-App Purchase; Stripe checkout is for the website. Prices and included credits can differ by purchase channel. Model availability and processing times can change. Results may contain mistakes or fail to meet your expectations. Do not rely on generated content as professional, legal, financial or medical advice. No provision excludes rights or remedies that applicable consumer law does not allow us to exclude.
6. Privacy, publication and changes
The Privacy Policy explains data handling. Customer creations are not automatically used in public demonstrations or advertising; separate permission is required. Material changes to these terms will be communicated before taking effect when required by law. Contact support about your account, content or a dispute.
